Working means the site loads with no notice, a pasted link opens a live item, and customers are still posting reviews. Mixed signals means our sources disagree. Fees and storage come from the agents' own pages where they publish them; a dash means unconfirmed.

Sugargoo not loading? Check these first

Most "is Sugargoo down" searches are really "Sugargoo isn't working for me". Before assuming an outage, work through these:

1. Try another device or network. If sugargoo.com loads on mobile data but not on your Wi-Fi, the problem is local.
2. Turn off the VPN, or switch its region. Some routes to Chinese servers are slow or blocked, which shows up as a "network error".
3. Disable ad-blockers and translation extensions for the site; they can break the checkout and the link parser.
4. Clear the site's cookies and sign in again if the cart or balance looks wrong.
5. Check the link, not the site. If one pasted link fails but others work, the listing may be removed or the link format unsupported — open it on the marketplace, or use the DIY order form.

If none of that helps and the site still won't load anywhere, it's probably a real outage. Don't retry payments repeatedly: a payment stuck "in progress" usually resolves on its own, and paying twice creates a refund to chase.

How we decide an agent's status

At every check, for every agent, we look at four signals: whether the website loads without a maintenance or closure notice; whether its search accepts a pasted Weidian or Taobao link; whether independent trackers such as rep.tools report a closure; and whether customers are still posting recent reviews. An agent is marked working only when all four look normal.

Mixed signals is for real disagreement, not gossip. ACBuy's site works and says nothing about closing, yet rep.tools lists it as shut and its reviews stop at July 30. MuleBuy's site works, but August reviewers describe orders stuck for weeks. Offline means the agent itself shows it: AllChinaBuy's homepage is only a maintenance notice, and WeGoBuy has been dark since early 2025.

Warning signs worth watching at any agent, Sugargoo included: withdrawals slowing down, items sitting in Purchasing for weeks, support that stops replying or keeps suggesting you top up, and a maintenance page that stays up for days.

If Sugargoo or your agent really is down

1. Save your item IDs first. Put your spreadsheet's links through the link converter to get plain Weidian, Taobao and 1688 addresses.
2. Choose a working backup from the board, then read its page — each one compares it with Sugargoo. The alternatives page ranks the best fits.
3. Deal with the old balance in writing. Screenshot orders and balances, email support, and note your card or PayPal dispute deadline.
4. Mind stored items. At Sugargoo, bought items are kept free for 100 days; if the site is down for a while, contact support before that clock runs out.
