Bulk import at LoongBuy vs one-by-one at Sugargoo

Most agents, Sugargoo included, make you paste links one at a time: paste, choose size, add to cart, repeat. With a twenty-row spreadsheet that's slow and easy to get wrong. W2C Spreadsheet's LoongBuy profile, updated July 2, 2026, records a bulk cart import aimed squarely at people working from a list.

1. Put the links in a single column; the catalog CSV already has one ready, with Weidian listings.
2. Run LoongBuy's import on that column so the whole list lands in the cart together.
3. Go through every line to set size and colour; that step can't be automated safely.
4. Check the total before paying.

At Sugargoo the same list takes longer to enter, but each item is checked as you add it. Sugargoo's DIY Order also covers links its search won't read, which a bulk importer may simply skip.

Verdict: For long lists, LoongBuy's import saves real time. For a handful of items, Sugargoo's one-by-one search costs you little.

The divisor line matters more than it looks. Couriers charge the higher of actual and volumetric weight, which is length × width × height in centimetres divided by the divisor. A 40 × 30 × 20 cm box is 4.8 kg volumetric at a divisor of 5,000 and 3 kg at 8,000 — the same box, billed very differently. Ask LoongBuy which divisor applies; at Sugargoo, the ¥18 rehearsal reports the volumetric weight for the actual packed parcel.

The warning on LoongBuy's review page

LoongBuy's Trustpilot page has just 9 reviews averaging 3.2/5, sharply split between five-star and one-star. The newest, from May 17, 2026, claims LoongBuy was "completely stopping shipment on orders". One review can't establish that, and the July 2026 bulk-import announcement suggests the business was still developing features afterwards. But with so few reviews, a single serious claim carries weight.

Sugargoo's 643 reviews give a clearer picture, even if a less flattering average (3.5/5). If you try LoongBuy, pay by PayPal, keep the first order small and confirm a recent dispatch before scaling up.

Verdict: LoongBuy's features are appealing; its evidence base is small. Test before you trust it with a big list.

Using one master sheet at both agents

LoongBuy has been around since 2021 and runs an app on Google Play, so it isn't a fly-by-night site. Its shipping menu — EMS, EUB, E-EMS, HK DHL and others — is broad, though less documented by line than Sugargoo's country guides, which list delivery windows and weight limits per line.

Because both agents take original links, the easiest approach is to keep one master sheet of Weidian and Taobao links: bulk-import it into LoongBuy when you want speed of entry, and paste the same rows into Sugargoo when you want its tax-included EU or clothing-only US lines. Convert any agent-wrapped rows with the link converter first.

Checking sizes before a bulk import

Bulk import is only as good as the list you feed it. A spreadsheet row that says "size L" may mean a Western L or a Chinese L, and Chinese sizes usually run about one size small. Before importing, go through the list with the size converter: decode any label like 175/92A, convert EU shoe sizes, and write the size you actually want next to each link. Then, when you set sizes line by line in LoongBuy's cart, you're copying a decision rather than making twenty quick guesses.
