Of the agents we track, 15 others are working: KakoBuy is fastest to dispatch, JoyaGoo has the strongest reviews (4.6/5 from 2,921), Superbuy the longest history, and several advertise no service fee. 6 are worth skipping for now: CNFans, Pandabuy, AllChinaBuy and WeGoBuy are closed or offline, and ACBuy and MuleBuy have unresolved warning signs. On price, Sugargoo's EU tax-free lines and US Duty-Free Clothes line are hard to beat, so compare a real quote before switching.

Verdict: If your complaint is speed, try KakoBuy. If it's reviews or support, try JoyaGoo. If it's price into Europe, stay with Sugargoo and check the tax-free line.

Two cautions on reading the table. A higher Trustpilot score built on older reviews (OrientDig) tells you less than a middling score with plenty of recent ones. And "no service fee" rarely means free: agents also earn on exchange rates and shipping, which is why the final quote for the same parcel is the number to compare.

Are there cheaper agents like Sugargoo?

"Cheap agents like Sugargoo" is a common search, and the honest answer is that the agent's fee is the smallest part of the bill. On a $150 haul, a 5% service fee is $7.50; the shipping on a 3 kg parcel is $28–$55 on Sugargoo's own examples. So the cheapest agent is the one with the cheapest line to your country.

  • No service fee advertised: Oopbuy, JoyaGoo (0% official), OrientDig on common platforms, Superbuy on Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688, and KakoBuy on many standard orders.
  • Where Sugargoo is already cheap: EU tax-free lines and the US Duty-Free Clothes (PH) line, which Sugargoo priced at $55.18 for 3 kg to California.
  • Where a fee still applies: CSSBuy charges 6% (3–5% by loyalty tier); HooBuy advertises no fee but its terms allow 8%.

Verdict: To find the cheapest agent for you, price the same 3 kg parcel to your address at two agents. The fee column won't tell you.
