The short version

A "TikTok spreadsheet" is usually a creator's Google Sheet of finds, and every link in it is wrapped for the agent that pays that creator a referral bonus — CNFans, KakoBuy, ACBuy, Oopbuy and LitBuy are common. Inside each wrapper is an ordinary Weidian, Taobao or 1688 item ID. Pull that ID out, rebuild the marketplace link, and Sugargoo can buy the item, whichever agent the creator used. What's inside a TikTok creator's spreadsheet

Creator sheets look alike because they're built the same way: a Google Sheet with a photo column, a price in yuan or dollars, and a "buy" link. The buy link is what ties the sheet to one agent. It usually has one of three shapes:

Whatever the shape, the item ID is the part that matters. It points to the seller's listing, which exists independently of any agent. Once you have it, you can buy through Sugargoo — or compare any two agents on the same item — without re-finding anything.

Converting a creator's sheet for Sugargoo

  1. Make your own copy of the sheet (File → Make a copy) so you can add columns.
  2. Copy the whole link column and paste it into our link converter. It reads shop_type and id parameters and wrapped url= links, and returns the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 addresses.
  3. Paste the results into a new column headed "Original link". That column is now agent-proof.
  4. Paste an original link into Sugargoo's search, choose the size and colour, and note the variant in the remark.
  5. Check QC photos in the warehouse before shipping; creator photos are often the seller's catalogue shots.

A sheet tied to a closed or offline agent isn't wasted — convert it. A sheet tied to a working agent can still be converted if you'd rather buy everything through one account, which also means one combined parcel instead of several.

Telling a good TikTok sheet from a bad one

Not every viral sheet deserves your money. A few checks sort the good ones from the rest:

  • Prices in yuan. Honest sheets show the listing price; a dollar-only price may already include a mark-up.
  • Dated rows. Good creators note when they last checked a link. Undated sheets often hold sold-out items.
  • QC photos, not just catalogue shots. Sheets that link real QC photos let you judge the item before you commit.
  • Coupon pressure. A referral code is fine. A sheet that insists you use one specific agent to "unlock" prices is selling the agent, not the finds.

Not every "TikTok spreadsheet" search is about finds, either. Some people want a TikTok Shop profit template or an Excel tutorial; those are different pages entirely.
