About Sugargoo Spreadsheets: The People, the Checks and the Money

Who writes this, and why a Sugargoo site

We're a small independent team that deals with Chinese marketplaces every working day. We started with Sugargoo because so much of what its users rely on had gone stale: community sheets full of links to agents that no longer trade, coupon codes that expired a season ago, and shipping advice written before the US, the EU and the UK all rewrote their small-parcel rules.

So every page here answers a question from a Sugargoo user's side. The agent pages compare each rival with Sugargoo and explain how to move links across. The marketplace pages say whether Sugargoo can buy there at all. The tools — status check, shipping calculator, size chart and link converter — exist because the same questions came up again and again. We are not Sugargoo, Shenzhen Sugargoo Technology or sugargoo.com, and nobody we write about sees a page before it's published.

How Sugargoo and the other agents are checked

At every update, on the same day, each agent on the status page gets the same four checks:

1. Its own site. Does it load without a notice? Does a pasted Weidian link open a live item?
2. Independent trackers. Mainly rep.tools, KakoGuide and W2C Spreadsheet, for closures, fees and storage.
3. Trustpilot. The score, how many reviews, how recent the newest is, and what the complaints repeat.
4. First-party documents. Sugargoo's own guides on storage, refunds, payments and shipping lines, and the equivalent pages at other agents.

Where sources agree we state the fact and link it. Where they don't — Sugargoo's service fee, reported as zero by some and around 5% by others, is the obvious example — we show both. The latest checks came out at 16 working, 2 with mixed signals and 2 offline, with CNFans, Pandabuy closed.

Verdict: A number with no source beside it or at the foot of its page is our own estimate. Tell us if it looks wrong.

Where the finds come from

The product cards and the catalog come from repbuysheet.com, which lists 10,000+ products. We drew 600 listings for this site and cleaned them before anything was published:

The photos are sellers' listing photos, not QC photos, and prices are the catalog's figures on the day we checked. Every card is a Weidian listing that pastes into Sugargoo; we don't sell any of it directly.

How the site is paid for

Two ways, both stated on every page. The product cards are sponsored links to repbuysheet.com, marked as sponsored for readers and for search engines. And some readers message us on WhatsApp to have an item bought and shipped without setting up an agent account. We don't sell ads, we don't take money from Sugargoo or any other agent, and no agent's status or verdict here depends on referral bonuses.

There's no cross-site tracking, and the four tools do their work inside your browser. The privacy policy has the details.

Corrections and contact

Sugargoo changes lines, fees and coupons often, and we will sometimes be behind. If a line we list has been withdrawn, a coupon no longer works, or your own parcel contradicts what a page says, we want to hear — first-hand reports catch what trackers miss. We correct verified errors promptly and note larger changes at the next update.
