Search suggestions for this agent are almost all status questions — "is ACBuy down", "shutting down", "back", "still up". Here is what we could verify, in date order, without filling the gaps:

A working homepage is weak evidence alone — CNFans's site kept loading after it stopped trading. A two-month silence on a review page that used to get dozens a month is stronger. But no closure has been announced, and trackers have mixed up ACBuy and AllChinaBuy before. That's why our status board shows amber rather than red.

Verdict: Leaning closed, not confirmed. Don't add money to ACBuy until you see a dispatch from someone you trust in the last fortnight.

ACBuy isn't AllChinaBuy

"ACB" is a natural shorthand for AllChinaBuy, so the two names get swapped constantly, even by trackers. taobot.io's knowledge base is explicit that they are separate sites with separate accounts, and their situations differ:

Moving an ACBuy spreadsheet to Sugargoo

An ACBuy spreadsheet row is an ordinary marketplace item in ACBuy's wrapper. To buy it through Sugargoo instead:

1. Extract the item. Paste the ACBuy link — or a whole column — into the link converter. It reads the platform and item ID and rebuilds the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 link.
2. Paste the original into Sugargoo's search bar. If Sugargoo doesn't recognise it, use a DIY Order with the shop name, price and a remark for the variant.
3. Re-check price and stock. ACBuy sheets from 2025 are often out of date; the listing today is what you're buying.
4. Keep the original link in your sheet, so the next agent change is a paste, not a project.

ACBuy's reviews were stronger than Sugargoo's while they lasted. What Sugargoo offers an ACBuy user right now is certainty that orders are being processed.

If ACBuy still holds your money

If you still have money or items at ACBuy, act on facts you can check yourself:

• Test with something small. Paste one find into ACBuy's search: a live price and stock suggests the backend works; errors or stale data don't.
• Try a withdrawal of part of the balance and see whether it moves.
• Screenshot orders and balance with dates visible, and keep payment receipts next to them.
• Check your dispute deadline with PayPal or your card issuer now, not after the window closes.

On Sugargoo, keep the same habit: refunds return to your balance rather than your card, so top up for the order in front of you. The refunds page has the timelines.

It's also worth knowing what "unclear" doesn't mean. It isn't a claim that ACBuy has taken anyone's money — we've seen no report of that — and it isn't a prediction. It's a description of evidence that points two ways. If ACBuy posts an update, resumes reviews or is confirmed closed, the status board changes at the next check, and this page with it. Until then, the cautious path costs you very little: your spreadsheet works just as well through Sugargoo, and any ACBuy balance you leave is the only thing at risk.

Verdict: A small test withdrawal tells you more about ACBuy than any rumour thread.
